2. Use of the Online Store
Users must use this website in accordance with applicable law and these Terms & Conditions.
When creating an account or placing an order, customers are required to provide true, accurate and complete information.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details.
3. Products and Availability
PetCreations makes every reasonable effort to present product descriptions, photographs and characteristics as accurately as possible.
Minor differences in the appearance of colours may occur due to different screens, devices and display settings.
Product availability may change. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
4. Prices
Product prices are displayed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT, where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed or communicated separately.
PetCreations reserves the right to change product prices. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been completed and confirmed.
5. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, the customer will receive the relevant notification or confirmation using the contact details provided.
If there is an error in the order information, the customer should contact us as soon as possible.
6. Payment Methods
The available payment methods are presented during the checkout process and on the “Payment Methods” page of our online store.
Orders are processed according to the payment method selected by the customer and the applicable conditions.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders within Greece are shipped via courier service.
The shipping cost within Greece is €3.50.
International orders are shipped via Hellenic Post (ELTA), with registered and express registered shipping options available.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For products purchased at a distance, consumers have, where provided by applicable law, the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without having to provide a reason.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the products, provided that the consumer has been informed of this in advance.
Products should be returned without use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be taken into account in accordance with applicable law.

9. Custom-Made and Personalised Products
PetCreations creates products that may be manufactured according to the customer's specifications, measurements or personal choices.
For goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with applicable law.
This exception does not affect the consumer's statutory rights in cases where a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed characteristics.
10. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed characteristics, the consumer's rights under applicable law shall apply.

11. Intellectual Property
The content of the PetCreations website, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, designs, graphics, logos and other creative material, is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws, where applicable.
The reproduction, copying, distribution or commercial use of this content without the prior permission of the rights holder is prohibited.

Changes will not affect the terms applicable to orders that were already completed before the relevant changes were made.
