Returns Policy
At PetCreations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you can find information about your right of withdrawal, product returns and the procedure for defective or incorrect products.
1. Right of Withdrawal
For products purchased through our online store, you have the right, where provided by applicable law, to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the products, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement at info@petcreations.gr, including your full name and order number.
After receiving your request, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
2. Return Costs and Product Condition
In the event of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.
The customer should handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be taken into account.
Please return products with their original packaging and, where applicable, their labels and accompanying items.
3. Custom-Made and Personalised Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or products that are clearly personalised.
This includes, for example, products created specifically according to measurements, characteristics or personal choices provided by the customer.
This exception does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed characteristics.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or different from the product you ordered, please contact us at info@petcreations.gr, providing your order number and details of the issue.
In these cases, the return is not treated as a simple change of mind and the relevant return costs are not borne by the consumer. Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
5. Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, refunds are made in accordance with applicable law and using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
PetCreations may wait until the returned products have been received, or until proof that the products have been sent back is provided, before completing the refund.
